i visited in store and gurleen served me worst customer service was given by her to me and she was rude on phone while i was... placing order. I am regular customer in this particular store. when i went to store and had talk with manager even he was alsoprotecting him. Dnt want to even listen the complaint. I give this place 5 stars because, as fast food goes, this gives it all. I understood the menu, I placed my order easily, I sat... at a clean table, my food was ready in reasonable time, I ate in peace, the burger, yam fries and root beer all tasted as theyshould. I don't have any complain about the food, I grabbed a burger and a poutine and both was OK, good option for fast food. I visited... the Location on Commercial Drive & Broadway Skytrain Station and the place needs some attentation from the staff the place waskinda dirty and was a homeless inside of the restaurant doing some mess and screaming, it was the only bad thing about my visit. Love A&W. Always an OK experience at this location. Burgers come out messy but come out right (nothing missing nor overcharged).... Staff is friendly. Taste of food is better at other locations. Read more

Ok this is the worst A&W location ever! First of all the worst employees work here. I was there a few days ago and a customer... complained about the pancakes being burnt. The employees just argued with the customer yelling at him that the pancakes weren?tburnt. I checked myself and they were burnt. Then the employees started swearing at the customer and I was shocked. There werekids in their and they were exposed to all that swearing and yelling. How did these people get hired? Do they even go throughany customer service training? In the past I heard employees here saying very bad things about their customers in Punjabi, evento their regular customers. This time they actually yelled at a customer and told him to ?fuck off.? I will never come back hereagain. This place is disgusting and a total disgrace! Read more
