Waited in line 12 minutes starting with only 2 people in front of me. First they told me they wouldn?t accept my coupon which... then ended up accepting then they gave me my burger with onions when I asked for no onions and it came with a half full rootbeer when I asked for Diet Coke. Read more
Same franchise but the fries here were greasy and soggy, the burger was also oddly greasy. Go to the Cambie branch instead...... their quality control is good even during wee hours. Read more

Worst A&W outlet I've been to. I stopped in for a quick breakfast combo prior to an appointment. The place wasn't busy at all,... but I spend 15 min waiting for my food after paying, as other customers came and went. When I asked about it the cashier actedas if she had no idea what I was talking about, despite me standing there as the only person waiting the entire time. When Iasked for a refund she acted as if she had idea how to do that. I had to run to my appointment so just left with no food andno refund. Not a biggie but...how do they stay in business? Read more
Dazed & Confused meets underwater turtle herding. Went here at 9AM on a Saturday, positives were there were only 2 other people... waiting, and premises appeared bright and clean. The single staff member helping us appeared bewildered with the crush ofpeople waiting, moving so slowly I was wondering if they were in need of assistance. The lady waiting for her meal had to askfor it to be served to her and reminded twice she also had a coffee. Maybe the staff person hadnt woken up yet. Asked forparking to be validated.and found out when I went to the kiosk that it hadnt been. Not impressed with my experience. Read more
Super stupid that they charge a cup fee when you buy a drink. What choice do you have if you order a drink? What?s the... purpose? Why don?t they just charge more for the drink rather than adding extra fees. Seems like a rip off. Read more
