I went there for lunch.. had my beyond meat burger combo.. the staff was really welcoming and service was quick.. everything was... fresh.. employees were really working hard to give their best during busy day.. I?ll definitely go back to this waterfrontbranch..the manager was also so nice.. loved the food nd service .. highly recommend this A&w ???? Read more

This is like the basic fast food chains: Mcds, Burger King, Wendys... It's quick food for descent price and mid quality.... However, i am a fan of A&W because of their "Better quality" beef and cheese and their customer service is usually awesome! Ifyou want a quick dine or on the go food, why not try going to A&W ???? Great burgers..... But the workers who might of been 16 would not let myself or my family in the restroom to wash there hands.... The part that was rude is the way they said no. Very very ignorant. Food was cold because the cashier didn't get my attention to pick up order and it git so cold. The burger was good but darn ... cold , place was messy and too many homeless plp take up redence its the location at Cordova at the skytrain station. Will notgo back at that location well not even sure if I'll try this restaurant again. Change the order system because your cashiercan't pronounced people name properly and as such don't call for your food and expect you must see and know it's your order. Usea number system instead.
