Very lovely dining experience. Came on a Wednesday night and sat at the bar. Had a wonderful chat with Chef Scott about his menu... contents and philosophy. Food presentation was pretty and fun. I shared a fantastic meal with a friend last night at Bacaro. From the service to the food, it was delightful. I especially... enjoyed the sbocciare - not a style of pasta I'd ever tried before! If I had to choose something to change, I personally feltthat a tiny sprinkling of salt would have elevated the flavours in the caprese salad, but that's an opinion. Read more
