We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 entrees via UberEats as part of a Birthday surprise for my sister in-law. Had some trouble with... UberEats app so called the restaurant and received EXCELLENT friendly, helpful service from Jerome. Most importantly, theyloved the food! I have been ordering from Pastificio di Luigi for a while now, via Uber. But in the last months their quality went down... MASSIVELY. They charge ~$24 for Bolognese, and this is the joke they've sent (what they sent vs what they advertised... ). Itbarely had any meat in it if at all. And no cheese. In our order we had meatballs too, and they sent 5 instead of 6. It used tobe lower prices with much better quality and preparation. Now they cut down from the ingredients and stuff as much pasta aspossible. Really disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again - I recommend save your money and get something that willbe worth the price. Read more
