Wonderful experience!! The service was impeccable. My family had to wait a bit for our table and the host and manager were so... lovely and apologetic. The drinks were amazing!!! Highly recommend Mango Mami slushy if you’re into something sweet. Nachoswere perfection and a huge hit for a table of 5 to share for an appetizer. Then each main was better than the next. Our waitresswas great. Just a very good vibe overall. The outdoor patio was quite enclosed but there was some fresh air coming through. Itwas certainly warm! Banter room is located in the old Romer’s Burger restaurant in yaletown. We went here for brunch on Sunday and had a... relatively nice experience. Our server was friendly and approachable even though our meal didn’t get quality checked. Thedrink selection was fun and had a good variety. Unfortunately they were out of the coco not and Mango slush. They do have 12ozgroup cocktails but they need to be shared by 4 people you can’t order the Beyoncé as a single drinker. We all had mimosasand they were delicious! The food was good and solid. 2 guests ordered the chicken and waffles and said they both enjoyed theirmeal. I ordered the French toast with berries and my meal was solid although the bread was a tad dry but some extra syrup solvedit. Overall a nice experience. Would recommend! Read more
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which was a piece of fried chicken dosed in hot sauce. I could smell the hot sauce from a... distance away. The chicken burger was good but i was expectimg more than just tobasco sauce on it. Service could have bernbetter, but was not bad. I never got a refill on my soft drink but waitress was quick to bring shots upon request (which Iguess is what realy matters). The DJ was great ant tones were awesome. Great place for brunch. Good selection of traditional bennies. Reasonable price. Reservation and check in was seamless. We were... guaranteed our reservation unlike some places that make you sign up for a wait list. Fantastic garden like ambiance. Attentiveservers. Food came pretty quickly after our order. They didn't have drip coffee and only had specialty coffees. It's ideal tobook when they just open so you're not fighting for attention. Would come back again. Read more
