Worst espresso I've ever bought. Horribly burnt and bitter, truly gross. Like they had never tried espresso before.

Hi, I just had to share my latest experience as " is not what made me come back but, who changed my mind to coming back " and I... am pretty sure it is not just me who feels the same . I Have been coming to this location for some time now. I am not sure whathas changed but have some idea of whom might have changed and do to that, I have notice a lot of good changes. first of all I amso happy to see variety of muffins and they are so good. The cookies are soft and fresh compare few months ago. The pastriesused to be dry and stail and I was pleasantly surprised when I was talked into trying the Fudge bar "which I have had in thepast" and was happy to have and enjoy one again . Some of the previus staff is not there, and I can't say I was found of them.they looked unmotivated and entitled. Every time my drink was to hot, to cold, to sweet, non sweet, end they didn't even care toat least apologize. However one morning I come to work and staff member greets me with the biggest smile, and frankly neverwavered from that smile and worm welcoming attitude. While taking my orders asks me about my morning or if I have tried this orthat and if have any food allergies. Tells me about the product on the display and kindly asks me if I would like to haveanything else while informs me of the new pastries, and I mean every single time. If she have felt that might have taken longer,she apologizes and thanks me for waiting and being patient.while preparing my drink( it is a coffee shop off course their willbe a waiting time ) and not just me, I notice she is the same way with the other costumers. Even when is serving one, she findsa nano second to acknowledge that you are there when you come in, and thanks you on your way out for coming in. Very quaint and accommodating little place. Catered for GF with a sandwich and made a lovely brevve latte.

It?s so hot in here that you can?t stay in. How the staff manage to work hours in here I?ll never understand. But a better or... additional AC. Read more

Wonderful coffee, and staff was kind enough to offer my friend a replacement coffee when she unfortunately spilt hers.

Just an out-of-towner looking for a new coffee spot. I love the natural sunlight this place provides, but just a tad too busy... (and loud), to enjoy a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
