Happened upon a great coffee shop in Vancouver during travels, Blenz Coffee?came in the morning for a creamy comforting... cappuccino and back that afternoon for a hand shaken iced tea. How often does anyone from Starbucks greet you when you enterthe door? Rarely! I noticed Ragel, Oscar, and Suzi greet EVERY person who entered Blenz, and with a smile! A latte and (what was) a warmed berry scone that barely touched the plate it was that good.. I tend to avoid the big corporate... coffee chains, but when Rain-couver lived up to it's name, I went in and came out full of praise. The lady working was very polite and definitely deserved a raise. She was working very quick and alone, considering it?s a... Saturday morning! Myself and 4 firefighters as well as two other individuals were waiting and she continued to thank us for ourpatience. The English muffin breakfast sandwich was delicious and hot.
