Walk in to get a smoothie at around 1130am the area around by the front was messy, there was some delivery bin in the way so I... couldn't get by to order, I didn't want to move it and asked the girl who just stood there staring at me to move it sheaggressively shoved it out of the way and gave me a dirty look. The place was messy garbage on the floor, the girl lookedannoyed that I was disturbing her. There was very loud inappropriate music playing, lots of swearing and derogatory words in thesong. Staff was not very friendly she acted like I was interupting her by being a customer, no friendly greeting just what doyou want kind of attitude. Not very impressed with the service at all. Good service and music for me, thank you v mucho for the smoothies. Strawberry Sunshine is good, one with kale can?t remember... the name but those r always nice. Been getting pea(not) butter 2.0 for a while now every time I drop by, you can change the skimmilk to chocolate almond milk which is what I do, though I?m unsure if you can get other options. I stop here all the time for smoothies on my way to work, the staff is always super friendly, and my smoothies are always... delicious. Today, I came into the store in a bit of a panic because I had lost my phone somewhere in the area. The staff wereabove and beyond helpful in assisting me to find it! Waited 5 mins before employee even acknowledged me then waited 5 mins for her to clean the dishes. Then waited 5 more mins for... the other employee to explain corporate stuff to her about dress code. Then waited 5 more mins for my order to be made afterhaving to repeat it to her. This person looked like they were sick or hungover and I will never go back here again as itshouldn?t take more than 15 mins for a booster juice. Read more

Good experience. I?m a huge Booster Juice fan. I love that they have straws that are recyclable but aren?t made of... paper-(nothing is grosser then a paper straw and I?m so happy they think the same!!! Read more

The young lady that helped me was amazing, she was on day 3 of being new. She made sure to ask questions, and the person who... helped her was trianing her with kindness. I could see that the new girl wasn't afraid to ask for help, this is so important,and speaks loudly about quality. I was impressed. Well done. * Edit: just wanted to say that the only reason I didn't delete the contents of this review is because the management team and... the customer service team showed what excellent customer service is in remedying a problem. Truly impressed with their level ofcare, and this location is always great despite the case below. It's a great company! * The worker who I usually see is quitenice and does a good job in general. However, I was quite disappointed with my experience today. There were only 4 of us inthere, but there wasn't a line so it was unclear who was still in line to order. Turns out it was one person waiting to orderahead of me, and I personally don't think it should take over 10 minutes just to place an order when there's only one person. Iwas there for nearly 20 minutes. Edit: I just also wanted to say this was just one experience amongst many positiveexperiences. I go there all the time, the staff is friendly, and I can be a Booster Juice addict! They were also very swift torespond regarding my experience and were friendly, insightful, and caring.
