I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I ordered a vegetarian pizza and payed their outrageous prices for extra toppings... because I usually love BP pizza but instead of veggie they sent me a pepperoni pizza and late too on top of that. When callingto rectify the situation, not only did the employee have any remorse for sending the wrong pizza, she was rude as well. She saidit would be refunded in 4-5 business days and it never was. When I called again 1 week later, I got the run around saying themanager will call you back. Eventually she did and said I would get the refund on my credit card 4-5 business days. Again, norefund ever came. I then called again not expecting a different outcome, this time to hear that the owner would call me back. Itis June 7th and I have yet to receive a call from the owner or my refund. I have been chasing this business to stand behindtheir name and do the right thing after I was wronged, yet they don’t seem to care at all and have been rude throughout theprocess. Boston pizza has lost a long time loyal customer due to this locations inability to make a simple refund where it iswarranted. Read more

Went to this location earlier this year to celebrate a friend's birthday. Had to wait a little long for a table, even though... there were several that were empty. The food was slow but it was good so it made up for it. Try the spicy pizza, it was good. Read more

Always drove by this Boston Pizza and many others for years and years. I decided to try it out on a Monday night for the first... time in my life. I was very much impressed. I did not have high expectations as I just thought the place would be old and thefood would be heavy but I was wrong. Server was nice and i was surprised of the decor inside. The decor was new(ish?) and thebooth seats were comfy. The menu was new too; there was still that new paper smell. Ordered the Garden Salad, Onion Rings,Lasagna, and Bourbon BBQ Chicken Pizza. Not much to say about the salad, it's just a salad, nothing special and the veggie didnot taste old. The onion rings were very good. It was not overly coated with batter and there was minimal oil residue. Evenafter finishing the onion ring dish, there was barely any oil on the plate, which is a huge plus and always nice to see. Theonion rings were a bit pricey ($11.49) for the amount of portion you get but they were solid. The Lasagna was delicious andlight as well. It did not feel very heavy, salty nor overly drenched in pizza sauce. The pasta was nicely cooked with some lightmeat sauce and cheese sprinkled on top. My only gripe with the dish is that I wished there would be a bit more cheese and maybesome more meat in the meat sauce. The Bourbon BBQ Chicken pizza was delectable. The flavors blended very well together. TheBourbon BBQ sauce was a unique and again was not lathered in it, which is perfect for my pallet. The chicken was tender and thered onions, bacon, cheddar cheese, buttermilk ranch drizzle really completed the pie. Highly recommend trying it. The crust wasnice and crispy too. Overall, a solid meal I had here. I left feeling satisfied and not bloated. The flavors were not too saltyor oily. The server was nice and checked up on us a few times. In my opinion, the prices were a bit high but quality is there soit can be justified(ish). Read more
Always have friendly service when I come here. Clean establishment with speedy service. Food here is great. Love their pizza and... pastas especially. Deals on pasta every Tuesday! Easily accessible by transit. Had seasonal vegetables as part of our order thatweren't cooked to out liking so they kitchen heated them up some more but they still weren't great. We didn't make a fuss of it,just told our server we weren't big fans of the veggies but that it wasn't his fault. Next thing we know the manager came by andoffered to comp our dessert. We hadn't been fishing for special treatment so it was completely unexpected but made us feelgreat. Overall great customer service. Read more
