The service, the food, everything at this Cactus Club is worthy of 5 stars. I can’t believe it took my partner and I so long... to finally go to a Cactus Club. We’ve been to this location twice in the past two weeks, and we will definitely keep comingback. Both times the service is so good, everyone is friendly, everything comes out at just the right time. Everything is freshand hot, the drinks are made perfectly. I cannot name a single fault. Please do not ever remove the Spaghetti Portofino fromthe menu! It is seriously one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. Read more

The food is often delicious and the service is friendly. Unfortunately despite sending back a cold lava cake, I recieved a warm... but solid cake. Do not come here for the lava cake. Read more

Food and drinks always very good but the service… From hostess to servers, consistently snarky. The only person who was nice... was the server assistant dropping off our food. Hope it gets better because it’s a cool place and their steaks are delicious. Read more

Only 3 stars for the well garnished good food, taken off 2 stars for staff’s bad attitude, one point for the dirty glass there... was gunk on the glass like it was used before and the staff instead of changing the beer as well just poured it to anotherglass, and while bringing the bill she throw it on the table, very rude. Cactus club will def lose their customers with suchpoor service regardless of good food. So disappointed. Read more

I wanted to say the service & atmosphere at Cactus Club on Broadway was amazing. We sat at the bar for appetizers and drinks... when we decided to stay there for our meals & watch the Canucks game. Our steaks arrived fast & hot when my wife realized herprawns & sauce were Cajun as she missed it on the menu. Due to a spice allergy she was unable to eat her meal. The staff took itaway & remade it with no spice. No questions, no comments just dealt with it from our mistake. My wife’s new meal was out inno time. We came here to try the happy hour menu, but it turned out that it wasn't really a happy experience. It took about 15 minutes... for the staff to find us at the front desk. The people ahead of us left in frustration. After we sat down in the alley andordered, 30 minutes went by before our food arrived. We had salmon with mashed potatoes and grilled steak with truffle fries.The salmon was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned, the asparagus tasted good but a little bit overcooked.The truffle fries weregood, The table we were at was very dirty with food on the ground and lots of black stains. No complaints about the service,though. The waitress was nice. Anyway, don't expect to be in and out during the happy hours. Read more
