So disappointed! Menu and signs in hotel make your mouth water with anticipation. Far from truth/wrongful advertising. When we... were there, 5/14-27/22, the only thing available for breakfast was a Buffet. The food was cold and when I reported due toconcerns of food safety was told I could get eggs to order. I ordered over medium. The photo tells the story. Additionally onarrival after all day traveling, went to Cafe1 restaurant for dinner only to be told they were not seating customers because thecomputer was down and they would not be able to charge to the room. When I asked for alternative suggestions was told there weremany restaurants down the street or I could do room service. Read more
You love the experience from the moment you step in. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Mediterranean... bread for a start, along with Ravioli and Seafood Pasts for the main course. All food courses had authentic flavors, preparationand presentation style. Came for Brunch, not a Sheraton guest. We ordered #AvocadoToast and #BenedictEggs. Very well presented and delicious. Good size... portions. We also had the option to pay fort he buffet. Came in public transportation, not sure how parking arrangements arefor non Sheraton Guests. ?? Café One is located in the North Entrance (towards Robson) NOT South entrance ? We got out of bed too late, so we end up eating a lunch. The lunch was good. I heard they have live music, thus the piano.
