Cardero?s is the ultimate Vancouver spot. They have a vast array of seafood options on the menu, with great views of the water... and mountains ? it doesn?t get more Vancouver than this! We ordered the seafood platter with a couple of starters and sides;everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. I went in April where the weather could be unpredictably hot or cold; I wasseated on the patio and the staff were very attentive, periodically checking in on whether we felt too hot or too cold and theywould adjust the temperature of the heaters accordingly or offer blankets. We had a great experience with our friendly server Mark yesterday. The food were fantastic, seafood were absolutely fresh. The... portions were okay, at least four of us were full.
