Delicious food with beautiful harbor views! We had a reservation here and were sat right away. It was a VERY busy Sunday... evening, but the service was still great! Cardero?s is the ultimate Vancouver spot. They have a vast array of seafood options on the menu, with great views of the water... and mountains ? it doesn?t get more Vancouver than this! We ordered the seafood platter with a couple of starters and sides;everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. I went in April where the weather could be unpredictably hot or cold; I wasseated on the patio and the staff were very attentive, periodically checking in on whether we felt too hot or too cold and theywould adjust the temperature of the heaters accordingly or offer blankets. We had a great experience with our friendly server Mark yesterday. The food were fantastic, seafood were absolutely fresh. The... portions were okay, at least four of us were full. This is a place for a very special occasion offering great seafood in a very cool environment. Patio was great and inside is... also very spacious. However you would still have to make a reservation ahead of time to make sure to have that table fortonight. Appetizers were great, and mussels sauce was a big pleasant surprise! Order one more piece of bread since you wouldnot want this coconut sauce with special taste to go to waste! Mains were all great, as you can see in pictures, beautifullyarranged and tasting great! The marina view seating is class! Our server was attentive, and professional. I like that Cardero's makes it a point to clear... appetizer dishes and replace the cutlery for the Main, but I'd recommend that they place the new cutlery on a small dish insteadof smack down on the dining table where reused wiping cloths have been. We absolutely loved the fried oysters with house-madecocktail sauce, and the prawn sizzle for appetizers. Family loved their arctic char entrees while I thought the signature cedarplank salmon was Good. Great presentation and overall ambience. Would love to checkout the indoor dining room next time, butalso wouldn't pass on the heated marina patio for a repeat experience! Read more

Great restaurants with a beautiful architectural. The terrace is cover and they have a great heated system to keep you warm. The... service was good. Food was great! The open kitchen concept is spectacular. I get some fresh raspberries point oyster and it wasdelicious.
