Our entire dining experience was wonderful, thanks to Connor! We ordered the veal and the duck confit, both dishes taste great!... Connor gave us recommendations on how to end both dishes with the perfect bite. Also, the cheesecake doughnuts are justdelectable! Everything was recommended by Connor. It’s refreshing to meet someone who really enjoys good food and is willingto share their love of food with other people. Connor concluded the night with a nice magic trick. We went here during dine out Vancouver. They had a good 3 course menu offering and we had heard great things. They didn't... disappoint! From blue cheese and fig martinis to amazing delicious applies and entrees, this is a go to place. Food came outpromptly and very well played and prepared. I love restaurants the surprise me with their unique menus. It was by chance that we went for brunch at Chambar on a Saturday... morning. Breakfast was truly surprising with picture perfect presentation and unique ingredients. The food is so tasty fromthe first bite. Visited here for brunch. The food was amazing. The staff accommodated my medium-sized party and were attentive, helpful, and... friendly the whole time. I pre-booked online and they were highly communicative, even with a couple changes I made to thereservation beforehand. Pricing is very fair, especially for the quality of food and presentation. The ambiance is really coolwith lots of wood and natural light. Spacing was great; didn’t feel squished despite being quite busy. Check out the lightfixtures; really unique. It's a great place to go and get some brunch with friends and family. The food was amazing but the portions on some plates were... uneven. The mix of cultures that they represent on the flavors of the dishes are just delightful. I put only four stars for thepoor amount of food on some plates and for the service that we got, it wasn't the best. Read more
