Chancho Tortilleria is a nice little Mexican restaurant that is known for home made tortillas from ingredients all over the... world. They sell meat by the pound to allow for group settings, which is fantastic. They have a few different options only, butthey're all delicious. The mix is probably the best tasting one. The staff is absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. It'skid friendly here, including having high chairs. Would highly recommend for lunch if you're in the area. Read more
Had a great meal at chanchos. The closest I?ll get to authentic tacos before heading to Mexico. The sauces were delicious and... the hot sauce just had the small bit of kick you need. Chancho Tortilleria is a good spot for delicious Mexican food. We ordered takeout through the website and the pickup process was... pretty smooth, but about 10/15 mins wait even after it said the order was ready as it was a Sunday night. The portion size wasdecent but we did have leftover tortillas at the end, perhaps we didn?t distribute the filling evenly. It felt like I was back in Mexico. This is an authentic Mexican taco experience. The tortillas are made from corn (so... gluten-free) and they taste like the homemade ones in Mexico. I loved this restaurant. I really recommend it for those who want to experience authentic Mexican carnitas. This place has a... charming vibe, friendly staff and the food is delicious. On the hot sauces opinion, they still need to improve their flavoursbut overall they are good.
