My wife and I first experienced Chef Claire while window shopping on Main Street early this Fall. She was advertising... Thanksgiving meals for take out and to a busy couple tired of the kitchen, it sounded like a great idea. That meal arrived a fewweeks later and it was both a delight and an opportunity for us to appreciate more time with each other with a grand feast tosavour. When I decided a month later to host a work event for the colleagues who have provided such great support to both meand our constituents though the pandemic, I reached out to Claire to see if this may be possibility. After a few brief and helpful discussions, a menu was created, plans were made and the big night arrived. That night proved better than iimagined. The food, the service and the event was great with canapés, mini meals, and nice platters of treats. While foodshould be at the heart of any great event, this food was never intrusive not overbearing but solid, flavourful, well presented and part of a night of celebration. Very disappointed. I had booked a fairly large (18 people) catering job. I was called four days prior to the event and notified... that they could no longer provide the service due to lack of staffing. I hope this review serves as a warning to others. Read more

Wow, great food & excellent service. Tomato soup is the best ever!
We ordered the Xmas 2017 take home dinner for nine people and it was beyond our expectations. The menu included Creamy fire... roasted tomato soup Apple, leek and sage brioche stuffing Roasted root vegetables, fresh herbs, maple, and thyme Smashed Yukongold potatoes, caramelized shallots Pan roasted turkey, thyme gravy, spiced cranberry chutney sauce and for dessert Mincemeatfrangipane tart, Brandy Creme Anglaise. The order which we picked up on Dec 24th at eleven A.M. was packed perfectly withinstructions on how to reheat. Our guests were amazed at the quality and the quantity of the food, and everyone had leftoversto take home. Most definitely in the future I will be ordering holiday dinners from Chef Claire and for other events. Read more
Chef Claire's was such a wonderful discovery during Covid measures while working from home, where if we were feeling under the... weather or tired we would have some awesome meals to rely on stocked up in the freezer by them. We loved everything we tried!The sandwiches are delicious and offered for a decent price as well which made them a favorite to swing by for lunch. Read more
