There is a guy working in the night shift i?m really fed up of him. Do order from this place usually for take out. This is how... he packed the order and gave to me. I usually go to get the jalapeno bombers from this place everybody give 4 packs of saucewith 20 peices of bombers but he gives only 2 packs. And do ask for extra money to get more sauce which is ok but didn?t evergave the correct amount of sauce packs that comes with the bombers. I don?t know if he?s racist or what but he?s reallyirritating. Doesn?t feel like going anymore to this place just bcoz of him. Read more
Never coming back. I had decided to stop by in the evening and was told it would be a 15 minute wait and to park out front. I... confirmed that the food would be brought to where I parked. After 50 minutes of waiting I decided to drive back to the windowand ask about the status of the order. They were confused as to what order I was talking about and asked to see the receipt asthey had know idea they had to process an order (there were no other customers being helped at the time). I told them the orderand was told it would be another 10 minute wait. They promised extra fried chicken to compensate for the wait but when I arrivedhome with the chicken, there was none. Read more
One of the better locations for Church's. The restaurant is always clean and the chicken is fresh, and juicy. The staff are... always friendly and welcoming. This location is my favorite to visit and I visited all of the Church's Chicken location ins thelower mainland. ????I have a problem with saying no to fried chicken. Read more
I was very disappointed with my Church's chicken today. It appears that they have new owners for this location. The chicken... looked like it was double fried which looked burnt (not golden) and was very dry. The large, juicy pieces of fried chicken didnot exist on any of the 10 pieces ordered. The large box of fries was only 3/4 full. Only saving grace is that the gravy wasthick (versus watery) and tasty. Will probably go to another location further away to see if I can get back the Church'schicken that I remember from last month! Read more
This is exactly what the fries looked like when we took the boxes out of the bag. What?s the point of ordering two boxes of... fries when each are only half full???????The gravy had little chunks in it. The chicken was good. Staff moved very slowly. Notoilet paper in the bathroom. We will likely go to churches again but definitely not this location. Read more
Hadn't cared to visit Church's Chicken for the longest time, not that it was a bad food food option, it was simply out of... convenience - or lack of it - not many locations in the area I live & work. This time I found the Main St. location close sodecided to stop by. The first surprise was a recently renovated shop, the name has changed to include "Texas", and the menu haschanged as well. Ordered a Texas Supreme sandwich combo, and that's where the 2nd (very pleasant) surprise came. The sandwichwas pretty decent! A piece of chicken breast in a spicy batter fried to a crisp perfection! Fries were also crisp, a goodportion of them. A bit salty for my taste, but more than ok. The drink in the combo was the only missed mark, bland machine pop.Could be better. To sum up: Not necessarily the best fried chicken in the City, but pretty decent option. Give it a try andfigure it out yourself. This newly renovated Church's chicken is great! Tons of really helpful staff made for a quick chicken pick up. There was a very... entitled customer causing a scene, and the person handling the situation was graceful and professional. Great chicken, greatservice, and a nice clean place! Read more
