My mother and father had never ordered from coco, since I always did it for them. But today they decided to go in just the two... of them for a little date night. They weren?t so familiar with the menu and had trouble ordering and instead of helping myparents, the workers were not helpful at all. We are regular customer and recently every time I or my husband order the ? Green Tea Macchiato ? always received the ? Matcha... Macchiato ? , or I say ?Fresh toro milk tea? always got the powder one instead the fresh Toro one. I think the young lady whotaking order for us need to recognize what drinks customer ordering, I don?t know her name but till today is 4th time I got thewrong drinks... Of course If I say please change for me the staff will do one of reason is I can see all the staff is busy andwe are rush to go either. I think it happens too often therefore I am posting here, hope the owner can do more training fortheir staff please. 1 stars just because too many mistake of taking order recently and sometimes they even don?t know what?stheir new drinks we have to keep repeat or point what we want to drink. Awesome bubble tea joint! Coco is by far my favorite in all of Greater Vancouver! The menu isn't huge, but a lot of... professionalism is put into making and preparing your drinks and is customizable on sugar and ice for your preference. Staff arevery friendly, a nice comfy joint with a good COVID approach and therefore unfortunately no seating at present indoors. As avegan, I also love Coco as they also use a powdered milk and therefore does not contain dairy. Also try the honey jelly toppingon offer, it's super yummy!! Read more

One of the better bubble tea chains. The quality is always there with reasonable prices. Their pearls are always consistent and... they have a very wide range of options. The brown sugar milk tea is one of my favorites here. Read more

Coco always make solid bubble tea. Their pricing is pretty industry standard at $5 per drink. You can taste the tea and pearls... were make to perfection. I would give them around 8-9/10. Ask for half sweet or no sweet if you're only decent with sweet andalways ask for no ice so you get the full amount of flavour and no water down ice. Read more
