Food was alright, we went during happy hour and had calamari and some truffle fries. The happy hour menu is okay, for eats, and... a small selection of drinks. Vast wine menu. Came here to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary because it is in the hotel we got married at so this was special to us,... however there was no special treatment at all. Not even a little complementary dessert. If you’re looking to celebrateanything somewhere and feel like you’re treated special you’re better off going to the Keg. Excellent service from all staff and the general manager there - so attentive, friendly and all staff seemed genuinely happy to... work there. Food was fantastic - fresh, authentic but modern, hand made pastas, great portions and excellent price points too.Great hidden gem of a restaurant. Wow wow wow! I am still blown away by c-prime! It was my first but definitely not my last! First let’s talk service - 11/10... Judy our server was very attentive and professional, and Matthew had great puns thanks for taking such great care of us :) Nowlet’s talk about the food. We got the pork belly, bone marrow, tortellini with crab, ribeye and a chocolate mousse. ChefZolnasr just exceeded all of our expectations! The pork belly with truffle was crispy on the outside but just melted in ourmouths, and the truffle flavour just popped out so vibrantly! The bone marrow - this dish not only was it so tasty it was anexperience to get your hands dirty and eat it! The tortellini - wow! The lobster bisque it was served with was so so good. Youcould tell the pasta was very fresh and there was the perfect amount of crab and lemon on the inside. The ribeye with garlicmashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts! Perfectly cooked and the texture of the garlic mash and crispy spouts just added an extrakick! And lastly to finish (if you’re still reading!) you can’t leave without trying the chocolate mousse. It was my first time dining at C- Prime and I had an amazing dining experience. Every single dish had rich flavors and I would... go back just to eat the dishes I tried again. Favorites included the Barrata salad! The Tortellini. The halibut. My friend hadthe short rib and that was amazing as well. Presentation was beautiful and stood out.
