Working in a new location brings with it the adventure of finding new lunchtime treasures. Yesterday I found such a place and... saw pierogis on their menu for today. My morning has never felt so long! Finally, lunchtime rolled around and the pierogi andkielbasa special did not disappoint!! Loaded with sour cream, onions, and mustard PLUS Caesar salad!! YUM!
