Hidden gem! Fantastic margaritas, unique and delicious food. We didn't have a reservation but were able to sit at the bar with... the friendly and helpful bartenders. The guacamole and chips was some of the best guacamole I've ever had - it had just asplash of salsa verde on top. The scotch egg was wrapped with green chorizo and was like nothing I've ever eaten before. Wecleaned off the plate, down to the grilled scallions and pickled onions and jalapenos. It was very filling for two people. Theskirt steak tacos were cooked to perfection with a sweet jam to top it off for a wonderful balance of savory and sweet. Even thetortillas tasted homemade. The pork taco was also very unique, but it was a bit too salty. All in all, I would definitely comeagain. Street parking was easy and cheap. Read more

We came here for the first time through the Vancouver dine out experience. The food was amazing, and the service was... outstanding. The chip and guacamole were so good and fresh. Cuchillo is next level. Food was 100% delicious. It is Latin American food, which is sort of like Mexican but with a different... kick to it. We had the white bean queso fundido, as well as the lamb popcorn, steak, and pork belly tacos — all of which aremust-haves when you go! Ambiance was fun, upbeat and at the same time intimate.
