What ice cream place is only open until 6. Gross inside, as usual. They don't have any of the featured dairy queen products, and... the inside feels crammed. Their manager before was horrible and was always rude. I would never eat here again. Save yourselffrom this bad experience and go to the one on Dunbar, they are 100 times better. Read more

Ice machine is constantly broken. Stood in line again only to be told that they can't make any drinks. A sign would have been... nice. Past three times I've visited I walked out empty handed. Maybe they should stick to Dairy Queen and leave Oragnge Juliusbehind. This way they can stop disappointing me again. Read more
2 years ago, this Kerrisdale DQ location said they were going to allow customers to scan for points but never implemented this... feature. More recently, they do not allow any coupons that *they mail out to my door* OR mobile coupons to be used instore. Hopefully this business dies and leaves Kerrisdale, with something better replacing it. I surely won't support thisanti-consumer business model. Read more
This one has been here for many years and is a smaller store but has all of the basics people have come to love about DQ. Soft... serve and ice cream cakes are a regular draw. We bought two cakes for our son's birthday. The cakes were very tasty and our son's who love Lego was thrilled. The employee... that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable, and advised us to come back to pick up the cake within additional 15min, aswe took it to a birthday in a park. Really great place to get ice cream treats. They have a small selection of hot food which is nice as well. Fast service and... friendly staff make the experience more enjoyable. Sometimes there will be lines but the wait for the food will be with it. Iwould definitely go back and would recommend this Dairy Queen to everyone. Read more
I was somewhat disappointed. I ordered I banana split and the ice cream was so soft that it didn't look appetizing. They ran out... of chocolate and the banana, cut in two was layered right on top... this was not a satisfying experience. Read more
