Made an ice cream cake reservation 5 days in advance for a pick up at noon and went at 3pm and cake still hadn't been written... on. Tight schedule so very frustrating to have to wait when I planned ahead. They rushed it so the writing looked rushed. Ispend 60 on a cake, I really want it to look nice but it didn?t. I'm terribly sorry for not getting the guy's name but he made what was the best Blizzard I'd ever had. I saw his process and it... was layered effectively and the mint Oreo flavour remained just right and even throughout. The man thought nothing of mycompliment but I sincerely hope that he's on to big things in his life. The Gordon Ramsey of DQ and my hero of all time. I'mbeyond grateful for his service. Read more
Barely any seating ,the outside seating has no shade,so be prepared to cook from the inside out ,I'm pretty sure the cashier was... new so i don't fault ..but for 1 hamburger ,2 drinks and 1 rotisserie chicken bits came to almost $30 ( I did ask for meal dealwhich I did not received) I will give this place another chance and see if it's gets any better Read more
This place use to be great, but past year it has been very dirty (shoes stick to floor, counters disgusting & bathrooms I had to... keep my kids out of:extremely disgusting), they have photos of drinks, but say they don?t make them. The past two cakes havebeen unevenly made with many air bubbles but prices raised drastically. Think choosing different location. Read more
I like DQ chicken strips, but this location is absolutely terrible at getting the order right. I've had them forget the dipping... sauce entirely, not put the lids on sauce cups properly so that the cups opened in the bag and covered everything with sauce,give me flamethrower sauce when I ordered buffalo sauce, etc. I don't know if the employees are high all the time or what, butthey screw up almost every time I order from here.
