Went for dinner last night, was a fantastic dinner. The staff, from the front staff to the chefs, were very kind and was very in... tune with the subtle things that make a restaurant great. One of the farm to table who brings out the best out of the ingredients. Pasta taste fabulous, the mushrooms, kale were not... overpowered by the creamy squash flavours. First time at Fable Kitchen and it will not be my last. Started off with the watermelon salad. The saltiness of the feta and... the bitterness of the greens complimented the sweetness of the watermelon. Next was the duck breast. It was tender andflavourful. The chickpea panisse was very tasty. For dessert, I had the Lemon Meringue Parfait. It was the perfect end forthe meal. The tartness of the lemon cleaned my palette so I could taste the London fog ice cream underneath. Have dined here twice and loved it both times. The menu is small but the food is absolutely delicious. We had the octopus and... pork belly starter, I had duck for my main and we shared the s’more dessert, which were all fantastic. I just found this place after Yoga, it was almost last order time on lunch time but the staff are so kind and accepted us! Food... was all tasty and good prices, server was friendly and amazing!! This restaurant supports the 100- mile diet club meaning they source all their ingredients within 100 miles from local farmers.... It’s a smaller sized boutique restaurant. It has a rustin farm feel, very cozy and comfortable. The decor is quite cute, verydetailed. The cocktails were delicious however small cocktail selection. My favorite was the dessert!
