I used to do mobile orders quite a bit but when I would go pick it up they would often be out of an ingredient for whatever bowl... I ordered. (The bowls are also mostly rice and not enough of the toppings) To avoid the last minute substitutions I thought I'djust go order in person but there isn't even a person there to take your order anymore. You order by talking to someone throughan iPad, and the person you are talking to is in a different country, probably getting paid next to nothing. It has a verydystopian feel to it. Sorry for the negative review but today I ordered my usual Cobb salad and was not impressed at all. A 1/3 of the romaine lettuce... used was old and starting to rot. I picked out some of the rotten salad and voiced my complaint. I received an apology and anacknowledgment she did not prepare it. That is fine but nothing was offered to to make up for the bad salad. I was verydisappointed and vowed to never to return to this location again which is too bad! Read more
I walk in and I hear someone greet me, but am confused as it wasn?t the single person I saw behind the counter talking. There is... an iPad near the payment terminal with a lady from across the world ready to take my order! Caught me very off guard like I justteleported into a Black Mirror episode. Something about the fact that the company is so resistant to pay a livable wage thatthey?ll outsource the cashier position to a call center out of the country rubs me the wrong way. Read more
I used to love Freshii, but will no longer be coming here. I was greeted by someone on a computer screen to take my order. I... have no idea where this guy is from or if he even lives in Canada. Could be someone from a third world country working for adollar a day. Meanwhile, back in Canada, the unemployment rate rises. This is so wrong!! Read more
Very poor and inconsistent service at this location, not sure why I kept going back but won't be any more. On numerous occasions... I ordered on the app only to show up and be told they are unable to make my burrito because the grill is off or that the drinkordered isn't in stock. One time I ordered and paid on the app only to show up and find the store was still closed. Read more
I ordered a Buddha bowl with the Thai peanut sauce, I got it delivered skip did good job the restaurant did a horrible mistake,... they gave me some sort of soy sauce instead of my Thai peanut sauce of course I didn't notice until I was pouring it onto mybowl that it was super dark like soy sauce then I smelled it, I do not like soy sauce!! My dinner was ruined!! And I ordered anhour before freshi closed so no chance of getting a new dinner from them, skip customer service was amazing and credited me mybowl order. Great variety for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Got different kinds of dressings and drink such as smoothies(fresh made)... and they do group orders as well with nice pricing. Exponential customer service with knowledge staff. The best thing is youcan customize everything. Read more
If anyone doubts my rating, just visit Evergreens in Seattle to get an idea of everything that this place *should* be ...... furthermore, and I realize this is a corporate issue, but the ordering from a person on a Zoom call needs to be nixed. You'd bemuch better off with a self-order kiosk than that. No further visits until these issues are addressed, sadly. Read more
