My experience with owner of this restaurant was very disgusting as he was very rude and don?t know how to present and behave... with customer?i ask for 4fresh slice as he was ready to give me 2 slice from previous pizza which was not fresh waited longthere but he didn?t behave well ..so rude ??.thats y always new employee over there whenever i go there? ask their employeesthey said the main reason no one stays here owner is rude amd dont behave good Read more

I usually go this location but when I visit there today a lady started taking my order and in between of the conversation this... guy started taking my order and I asked for a customized order which I usually gets when I visit this store. And he said theydon?t make that I explained him that I get it every time I visit and he said they made mistake. Then I ask for fresh pizzaslices because the slices didn?t looked fresh also there were 2 slices and then he rudely replied why would he make a fresh onewhen two slices are sitting there. This was the worst customer service I ever got. I don?t get that your restaurant name isfresh slice then why can?t you provide fresh food to your customers. Not going to visit this store again. I ordered XL lare cheese pizza from this location on Dec, 24th...So, when I got home and checked it out, it wasn't actually a... pizza, it seemed like a (THIN INDIAN BREAD)...I immediately called and informed the guy, and explained my issue that I wasn'tsatisfied with my order...So, he said that I could come next Wednesday, and he could make me another pizza, and resolve thisissue. However, when I went back to the store, he wasn't working that day, and the other employee wasn't cooperating or offeredany help... So, I've been buying pizza from "Freshslice" for years, and I noticed that they have become very cheap by cuttingdown the size of dough, despite the facts that their prices have increased a lot, and their customer service has worsened... I bought a pizza yesterday night and it was poorly handled and it looks like the send me the left overs... the order was... mistaken also, the pizza didn't look like something that you wanna eat Not recommended and please talk with your workers fromthe shift of Sunday night.
