Pretty grossed out just ordered a sandwhich and opened it at home find a long brown hair wrapped in my lettuce. Called to let... them know and he said sorry and to let them know next time I am in? Wasn't going to ask for my name or phone number or tocontact me, or a manager until I asked to speak to manager. Apparently he didn't know his email for me to contact them? This place USED to be great! Great value and great quality, but since recent menu changes - which included price hikes - the... quality for value has crashed. This is my third and last time visiting after the menu changes and I will not be going back notrecommending it any longer to f&f. I ordered the bowl: $2.50 extra for rotten avocado topped with past due date cilantro. Therice was also dried out and hard in the unpleasant kinda way.... Don?t waste your money! Read more
