It's good but I've had better Malaysian food in Richmond. Service was okay. Missed our drinks order which we waited for a long... time, we ended up canceled the drinks. Read more

Great food and reasonable price. I had the Malay Shrimp Rolls and I wasn?t crazy about them but the Laksa was great. It looks... like there is a lot of great dishes on the menu and I would 10/10 recommend stopping by. I am looking forward to going back! Read more

Nice place n feel welcoming. Staffs are friendly n pleasant. Dishes are good n tasty but the satay grilled meat is a bit dry.... Hainanese chicken isn?t that great, maybe I like the Singaporean style better. It?s still one of the most authentic Malaysianrestaurant around town. Read more

The food was good. The fish was fried well, and the seasoning for their other dishes was just right. Service was very attentive... and pleasant. The parking area is a little small, but we had no issues on a weekday. Read more

Well recommended nicely seasoned steamed fish(nyonya style) ???? The salted fish fried rice, Malay kwetiau, radish cake, pandan... chicken wings are all well prepared and tasty. Will definitely go back if craving for some ???????? dishes ???? plus my 94yr olddad likes the food and he's a picky eater ! ???? Read more

One of the tastiest Malaysian restaurants in Vancouver. It?s flavours are authentic and distinct. The quality is also top notch... with adequate portions. I highly recommend their Char Kueh Teow and Rendang Beef. The beef was so good that I forgot to take aphoto. This place is definitely one of my favourite restaurants now. Read more

We came here for a quick dinner today. I was a little worried at first when I stepped in and saw that they are not nearly as... bustling and lively as I had remembered them to be. However, I?m glad to report the food is still pretty good! We got theirSpecialty Vegetables, Hainanese Chicken, and Chicken Rice. I always order the Specialty Vegetable as it has my favourite greenbeans, eggplant, and okras all sautéed together with dried shrimp and shallots. The portion is good for sharing, and all theveggies tasted fresh, eggplant was sweet and green beans still crisp! Their Hainanese chicken was good too, but I feel likeI?ve had had better ones elsewhere. I wished the chicken was just a little juicier, fattier, and more flavour. The chickenrice was delicious though. The rice had good flavours and lovely colours, and more importantly it was cooked properly and nottoo soft. It?s too bad the vibe at the restaurant is not vibrant like before, but I was happy to see they have plenty oftakeout business on a weekday night. Overall I thought it was good, and would definitely return! Read more

We thought Ipoh Malay Cuisine was a new restaurant, so we gave it a try. But it turns out to be the same owners and chefs as the... old Penang Delight at this exact location. They changed their name for business reasons to distinguish themselves from the otherPenang restaurant (I guess old affiliates now). Good news: the food is still fantastic! We ordered Roti, Satay, Kam HeongClams, Clay Pot Fish Head, Nyonya Style Sotong, Deluxe Curry Platter, Sambal Green Beans and a Curry Laksa. I love the curryfish head; every piece of fish was crispy on the outside and lovely & moist inside. They put in plenty of crunchy dried shrimpsin the green bean dish. The Laksa is jam-packed with goodies, and the broth is yummy, not too oily (what a deal for just $13!).The roti is warm and chewy. Overall, the dishes are tasty, good portioned and very appetizing. The staff are as friendly asalways. Read more
