Japanese ramen with a NYC vibe. Love this place! It was very busy but after eating here, you’ll understand why. They have... many ramen options. So you should be able to find something to your taste. The broth was reminiscent of being in a Japaneseramen shop. Broth was full of flavor and the chashu was super yummy. Our server was very attentive and made sure we hadeverything we needed and then some. He answered all our questions and had awesome recommendations. His timing was alsoimpeccable. This place does not need anymore good reviews, the have 3k plus! But they deserve! We were there on a Friday afternoon the place... was busy but we got set pretty fast. Francis was a great help! Update: Hands down, this is the best Ramen House in Vancouver Upscale Delicious Ramen House ???????? Flavors are absolutely... divine! Might be better than Danbo ???? definitely better than Marutama Service was also spectacular, so inviting and attentive,food came out very fast and was cooked perfectly!! The place was very packed, around 8pm when I went there. The service was pretty good and fast. The pricing definitely increased... to an average of 20$ at least + a tip. I ordered was the spicy chicken ramen spiciness level hot, but it wasn't that spicy inthe end, It was more oily and the noodles were not as soft as I'd have hoped. it was a decent portion though and the place wassanitized well. ????? !! This vegan ramen is dope and totally changed my perception of getting ramen as a takeout option!! No excessive sloshing... and still piping hot and tasty! A perfect balance of not too salt but totally yummy and flavorsome. At first, you think thereisn’t sufficient broth, but then you realize its because their delicious and excellent grade noodles soak up all that yummygoodness and make a perfect soft but chewy texture to chow and slurp. Always wanted to try the Jinya chain because of theoverwhelming hype and recommendations, but I hesitated due to only one veggie or vegan option but it's a solid go-to legit! One of the best ramen restaurants in downtown. Instead of thick, heavy soup base like many others, I prefer their lighter... chicken broth. And if you are a garlic lover like me, don't forget to ask for the all-you-can-squeeze fresh garlic! Read more

We were visiting Vancouver and we saw that this restaurant was always busy and we decided to give it a try. We got to sit at the... bar but that did not take away from the excellent experience. We were greeted with a nice manager that very descriptive of thechoices on the menu. The food was excellent and flavourful. Taylor was our server and she was very attentive and took interestin us that made our experience superb. Thank you. Highly recommend for the Fried chicken, juicy and great seasoning. Good vibes to chill and hangout. For the classic ramen black... garlic oil, flavour it is good but I will give 4/5 cause the soup base is not creamy rich flavour enough. The sauna egg is greatyet a bit too salty at my standard.
