Order a matcha latte which was conveniently forgotten. When asking about the forgotten order they didn't bother calling out the... order or name so I didn't know when it was completed. Excessively long lines. The latte was lukewarm and nothing special for a$6 dollar beverage. Will not be coming back again. Read more
Looking for a down to earth, minimal fuss and true grass roots coffee joint? Then look no further. JJ Bean is awesome and... totally underrated, this is my new go to coffee house around Commercial. All their locations are aesthetically well decorated,have yummy baked goods and talented baristas whipping up tasty drinks! A great selection of Espresso ranges for any kind oftastebuds. This specific Roasters also has a phenomenal plethora of outdoor comfortable seating. I just wish they'd setup aloyalty scheme reward program would be awesome. Read more
Good cafe, cute location with plenty of outdoor sitting. Pastries and baked goods, plus a few breakfasty wraps. Both sweet and... savory. Both hot and iced coffee, including cold brew. We were here at 7:30 am and it wasn't crowded, waited about 2 minutes forour coffee, pastries were immediately handed to us. I got the cheese and mustard croissant and an iced coffee, both were good!It's not my favorite cafe, but it's definitely worth a visit if you're on Commercial and wanting a breakfast. Read more
One of the best JJ Bean location (the other being Yaletown). Staff is outstanding, welcoming and coffees are on point. The... muffins are underrated. If you watch them, they are trained well in efficiently and work as a team. Stephanie, their manager isdoing an awesome job. I mentioned this before that for the work they do, I do hope they all get and deserve a raise for sure ..or at least provide or given them benefits to keep their staff ... My favorite coffee place in Vancouver with several locations. Great selection of single origin coffees as well as some excellent... blends including my favorite, Eastside Blend. Buy one 340 gr. Bag of beans and get a free coffee. Very nice baked goods,friendly staff and great vibe. Read more
I love JJ bean, the commercial location has a nice vibe, and the people are friendly. the outdoor patio in the back is a nice... place to enjoy a coffee in warm or cold weather. My favourite is the everything croissant. Read more
