Very hit and miss. Sometimes their drip coffee is great, other times it's burnt and tastes like an ashtray.

Love the muffins here. The blueberry oatmeal one I had this morning was so fresh it was still warm ????. Great espresso too!
First time visiting on recommendations, but it was so hot we could only bear an iced coffee. For that at least, we can say the... coffee tasted good! Service was fine and the room was clean and spacious. Read more
First time at a JJ Bean, nice vibe, very clean and modern place. Friendly staff. I did find that their medium sized coffee was a... noticeably smaller than other places, at first I thought they gave me a small by accident ???? Was around $6. Good coffee in theend though. Read more
TIP: If you purchase a bag of beans, you receive a complimentary espresso or Americano. They can also grind the beans for you as... well if you don't have a grinder at home :) I enjoy this location. Bright and spacious and near the False Creek Seawall walk.The staff is always courteous and the location is pretty clean. The clientele respectfully practices social distancing, which Iappreciate. For lunch, I like to enjoy their Ranchero wrap. It's a veggie option but with good protein from the egg and beans.A great option if you want something not too heavy or light.... and of course, a salted caramel cookie for dessert. Read more
