I loved my drink the spicy margarita! We ordered margarita and IPA beer. Spicy chicken as starter was really good and good to... share for 2-3 person and butcher sandwich as a meal. It was a huge sandwich with shaved beef and gravy good for two. But wdidn’t like it at all. I think it wasn’t the best choice for us. Not sure about other food. But the decorations andeverything here was great you have choice of sitting in lounge in quiet and romantic atmosphere or the other part which hadmusic. 75 bucks for two drinks, one starter and one main course. Background: Meeting up with friends I haven’t seen in ages. We came with varying degrees of hunger. Underground parking next... door is $8 from 6pm-11pm on weekdays (make sure you go before that time or you might be locked out.. I’m not sure) Overall…service was pretty good. Alcohol pricing wasn’t too ridiculous. Food was pretty average though. My steak and ravioli was ok.Our truffle fries and gyoza came out cold. The fries were also soggy, so we sent it back. These 2 dishes probably got cold whilewaiting for our steak dish to be done. Maybe a bit of an issue with time management? I’m not sure. But probably a good ideato ask them to just serve the dishes as they’re done as opposed to everything all at once? I did enjoy their creme brûléecheesecake though and my other friend enjoyed her lava cake. In my personal opinion, Joey’s is a pretty good place for drinksand dessert. Read more
Love the vibe here. The ambiance is on point. Great food and music. Service is very friendly but can be a bit slow and... confusing. Would definitely go back. Their signature mashed potatoes are truly amazing. Read more
The restaurant is located very conveniently in the heart of Downtown were lots of nice shopping can be done as well. The... ambiance is top notch, the food was well cooked and presented. Came here for a midnight snack on an extremely busy night, due to the Celebration of Light nearby. Had to wait 25 mins for a... table but there’s lots of seating outdoors if you want to stay in the area. My friends and I were exhausted but even at 1amthe staff are incredibly lively, attentive, and kind. Food is also delicious with lots to choose from on the menu!! Read more
LOVE!! I came here a few months ago visiting Vancouver and the food was to die for! I highly recommend the crushed herb salmon... and the seared salmon sushi, they were phenomenal. The tacos and fries were OK, kinda dry though. However the most importantaspect of this place was the VIBES! Loud music, people chattering, lit service and awesome all around. This Joey’s was very accommodating. We walked in and they had spaces available for myself and my 2 friends. Our meal was nice.... I had a problem with the glass and water I was served - there was something in it. Apart from that it was an okay experience. Read more
