The staff is very friendly and polite. Even in busier times they were able to deliver the order quickly. Kudos to there for... efficiency. However, company needs to provide better straws I like the paper straw idea but they need improvement. Otherwise,customer service is always good. Read more

Closed before the actual closing time and said they?re not taking more orders. The staff left the store right at 7 which... probably means they stopped taking orders to do their closing. I wouldn?t leave a review if they had better customer service andexplained why they?re closing earlier. Read more

Staff is not cooperative at all. They don?t scan loyalty card and when you ask them to scan, they give you judgy looks. Also,... they scan it after the bill is already made so, you never get the points. Very disappointed. Read more

Staff here don't seem to know how to use a blender. You basically just get big chunks of frozen fruit floating in juice.

I always have really mixed feelings when visiting Jugo Juice and unfortunately they lack consistent good service and yummy... smoothies depending on the branch you visit. I decided to try the Jugo Classico.. the server seemed OK. However, I noticed heput fresh fruit in the blender and instead of serving me that, gave me a cup of juice from a carton blended on ice. As expected,tasted super gross and way too sugary/sweet. A real shame as I do like Jugo and had pleasant experiences at their other joints. Read more

Worst customer service and cheap policies and scam. I wanted a small peanut butter and chocolate, they said that they were sold... out?I asked what ingredients they were sold out of? They said yogurt, so I said I?ll have it without the yogurt then. Thenthey said no and told me I had to get a large size as they have all the ingredients for a large? which doesn?t make sense. I m very angry on your survive. Today, at 2:10 I ordered summer strawberry with mango and I was waiting for my drink the girl... who was making it she was very rude she use punjabi language and said this is strawberry summer and put my glass very rudiely Iwas watching her and smiling that may be she will be calm but again her attitude was same and I left my drink there and walfoff..
