Normally I wouldn't bother putting in a review for a KFC franchise, but tonight was just a shocking experience. I came here to... order a BOGO 6 piece chicken deal as part of their Black Friday promo. While I understand how stressful it is to fulfill thesepromotional orders, there was no need for the person behind the counter to make racist remarks to me for being Asian. Ordered from here 2 different times today on yhe same and I still havent got my food. Its been 4 hours. I tried calling 40... times and the phone just rings and nobody answers. They charged me for 2 orders of the same thing and i never even got my food. This place is a joke. Shame on you for not even contacting me and taking my money twice!!. Read more
This is a busy KFC off Kingsway. No drive thru, but they have a parking lot in the back. Beware as the stalls are small and... cars are parking so close there is hardly any room to drive in or out when it's busy. Best to go in and order, or via their app. Read more

Such a disorganized mess, and why do I need to check in with my mobile order? Every other company, you place a mobile order and... they start making it. I got my pickup time, showed up, waited 5 minutes and asked. They hadn't even accepted the order yet. Therestaurant is hot, like the AC isn't working. And it's crowded, and narrow. You can't have high hopes for KFC in any city, butthey could at least make you feel less claustrophobic while you wait 20-30 minutes because they ran out of chicken again. Read more
4.9 $ chicken burgers was on offer ... it was luke warm and didn't feel fresh. At time of check out when I asked for a glass of... water I was told in a somewhat cold off tone ... it will be 25 cents. Neither the Place nor staff was not lively. Read more
