Store is quite small and has limited seating. There's a bar and stools that extend across the front window area ; Seating for... approx 6 to 8 people at the most. This location caters to pick up and delivery service rather than eating inside, but the barand stools work fine for those who are having a quick bite or wish to sit while waiting for their order. Service is quite fasteven when busy. You can walk in and order directly or use the app. I've been to the store many times and found that when itgot busy, I got my order in less time than it took to get through the line. That said, service is still exceptionally fast. Iwould recommend using the app to place your order, pay for it, and then pick it up. Most orders I've ever made have been readyin under 15 minutes. I don't care for the app personally, I find it can be a bit glitchy but I suppose it's less so than I !! Tonight it kept returning me to the start page when trying to peruse the exclusive online deals. Normally, it asks yourlocation and helps you choose the store closest to you then asks you to choose delivery or pick up. When you set up youraccount, you provide your home address or chosen delivery address and choose a delivery or pick up order. On this occasion,the app seemed to default to delivery for some reason even though I chose a pickup order. You can easily change it to pick upif you discover it's set for delivery but you'll need to re-enter your order. Using the app, you'll get exclusive on linedeals as well as the regular deals being promoted. There's also a coupon selection built into the app allowing you to look forcoupons for further savings. Paying for your order on the app is easy. You can pay through Google pay, or register multiplecredit cards on your account. This place has been going downhill for a few years now. Crispy KFC is a thing of the past replaced by grease-soggy soft... chicken. The fries used to be ok but more recently you get them cold and if you send them back, we?ll they just toss them backin the fryer, if you?re lucky; most times it?s the no comment deer-in-headlights look you get from staff and you know it?s bestto walk away and not come back again. Your typical KFC. I work close by and go to this location once in awhhhile. Alot of the times I see a manager or someone who is... I charge yelling at the kitchen staff and or talking down to them. I feel sorry for the workers. The cashiers are usually happyand nice. I prefer church's chicken but there isn't one in the area. I usually have a hankering for fried chicken so it's goodenough I spose. Read more

You know what to expect. It's a KFC, plain and simple. Cheap chicken meal on Tuesdays, and their spicy, crispy chicken instead... of the original recipe is a huge step up for someone who enjoys a bit of heat.
