It's nice there is an available parking lot as well as free street parking if the lot is full. Have not needed to wait very long... for a table. The lunch bento sets are a good value and food is both tasty and filling. Read more
Huge selection of sushi, special rolls, Don Uris and other dishes. Prices are generous and the quality of the dishes are great.... Would highly recommend getting the sashimi salad as it comes with a lot of fish and a really nice vinaigrette. The place can getpretty busy on some nights and waiting for a table may take sometime as we notice that big parties are often regular at thisplace. Would advise to make a reservation. Read more
This restaurant used to be one of our go-to for a fast and tasty Japanese Bento lunch. But today we felt the service was a... little short when we asked about the freshness of some tuna fish in a roll because of a darker than usual color. We got a ratherrude, direct rejection from the male server when we tried to asked for a resolution (i.e. Can we change to something else? Canwe cancel the order?) by just a 'No'. A cozy Japanese restaurant is located at a resident corner. Two people of us always had a lot of sushi rolls before. So at this... time we tried other special items like Premium sashimi, aburi foie gras, uni and seafood motoyaki with gomae and miso soup aspics below. My favourite among these is Foie Gras. Premium sashimi and Uni are ok. I like the prawns, which is chef’s choice,in sashimi dish the most. The Seafood motoyaki tastes frozen to me that is acceptable with the price. I don’t like the gomaesince the sauce is not so tasty and hard to mix well with spinach. There were two waitresses. One was nice. The other oneseemed like she’s being mad at something that made us confused when we’re being served. Generally service was ok. Food cameout and the empty plates were cleared quickly.
