Went in around noon for a quick bite and we both had different paninis! The bread was crispy and soft on the inside (had the ham... and cheese) and the green salad was really refreshing - I usually don?t like green salads but the dressing was amazing! Theatmosphere is really nice and it?s tucked in away from the bustle of the busy road. It was just us in the restaurant but reallylove the ambiance and decor Read more

It was a wonderful experience here. The coffee beans are roasted in-house. The dessert is prepared by Jason?s wife and it tastes... heavenly. ?? Read more

One of the worst cafes in Vancouver, terrible customer service. If you read the low ratings about the customer service, terrible... attitude, forced minimum order, condescending attitude, they're all pretty true. They're exactly what we experienced at thisplace as well. This place is expensive for what they offer (coffee is just alright but the owner seems to be quite cocky abouthis coffee and even lectures his customers about what's the better way to drink coffee and bad mouth about other cafes). Theowner's customer service wasn't the worst though, there was this old lady had one of the WORST, TERRIBLE attitudes. LIKE HELLO??We are your paying customers, NOT your kids! What makes you think you can throw your temper around? Guess what? We still TIPPEDthem despite the terrible experience because we didn't want to be as low as they were. Read more

Terrible business with zero knowledge about customer service. I wanted to sit down for 10 minutes while waiting for sushi next... door. First, I am told that I can?t sit at a table that?s for 4 people - despite the fact that the restaurant was empty. Then Iorder an Americano misto and am told in a harsh tone that the minimum order is $9 and that I can?t be here. Take your moneyelsewhere! Read more

Looks nice, food over priced and service really poor. Didn't listen to order and then up charged us. Forced us to leave while... drinking their coffee! Wild, hope it improves as the coffee wasn't as bad as the experience Read more

Kind of fancy place and bit expensive price. They focused on quality of coffee and seemed very proud with that. But I am not a... person very good taster. So it wasn?t big deal to me. Spacious place to feel safer for COVID-19 but isn?t mean to cozy orcomfy. The owner strongly recommended those Cakes, pastries. I tried Tiramisu and was good. Read more

This is one of the best cafes in all of BC, hands down. Glad they still do dine-in. Had a great chat with the owner, Jason,... who's always looking for customers to chat about coffee with. He brings in green beans from all over the world and roasts all ofit in his Richmond location. As far as I know, they are the only cafe around that serves the luxurious WILD Kopi Luwak (civetcat coffee), and their roasting is sooo on point that a Jamaica Blue Mountain estate asked Jason to be their dedicated roasterfor some time. I grabbed a mix of their take-home pour-over coffee packets (Yirgacheffe, Colombian, Mandheling, and JamaicaBlue Mountain) to brew at home. Didn't know this stuff existed! Check out the photos, they have some really cool stuff!! Read more

Totally love the decor and ambiance, the quality of the coffee with the outside tables add to the experience, on the down side... trying to order was a bit confusing, there?s definitely a language and cultural barrier. Read more
