I've ordered take out and delivery from this restaurant before and really enjoy their food. Last week, my family and I dined in... for the first time. The restaurant is spacious and clean. We were really impressed by the friendly service we received. The foodis a bit on the pricey side but the portions are decent and the food is delicious. We were slightly disappointed in the BraisedBeef Noodle Soup. The portion is good and the broth is delicious. Unfortunately, the beef wasn't tender enough. It's probably been about 5 years since we last visited Lucky Plus. Since that time, it seems their menu choices have changed a... bit. Tried the curry beef brisket, shredded chicken chow mein and cold lemon tea. Overall, pleased with the curry. The saucewas so addictive with plain rice and the beef brisket was nice and tender. The noodles had some good crispy texture that mixedwell with the saucy toppings. From what I remember, they used to have more Chinese-y dishes (as opposed to the western-friendlyitems that we tried), but I'm not complaining as they were done well. Read more
I?ve been here a couple of times and found the food reasonably priced, tasty, fresh, large portions, and the service amazingly... good. Great for large family dinners with an extensive menu to choose from. Read more
My noodle soup was lacking in flavour but the pork itself was good. Service was very minimal, no water offered or even asked if... we wanted anything else to drink besides the tea that came with, no seasoning on table etc. Read more
Pretty much a go to place for my family and I for the weekend. The dishes are pretty big at reasonable price. It?s pretty kids... friendly as well. With inflation and cost of living going up around Metro Vancouver, it?s good to know that there are a fewdinner spots that is relatively easy on your wallet. Read more
We took my mom out for dinner and decided to try a new spot. Lucky Plus is a good size restaurant that's open and clean. Staff... was friendly and food was excellent. My teenage son also said the washroom was very clean. We ordered the 3 dish combo whichwas a decent price because it included with soup, rice and chicken wings. My teenage son also ordered mix grill combo for $22.You get to pick 3 meat items plus fries, rice and veggies. The slices of meat were good sizes and all were juicy. Well worththe price actually. It has been closed for a while and just reopened recently. The menu has updated with a variety of choices. Portion is big,... customer service is excellent with high standard of food quality. A perfect place for a casual family dinner. Read more
