The ice cream has no flavour (dark chocolate tastes like air) and it?s melting really fast, dripping everywhere. Toppings might... be fun for kids but taste like plastic. EVEN WORSE was seeing a guy mixing my ice cream in blue gloves (which were wet) comingto the register and handling bills and change in the same gloves and then went back to mix other people?s ice creams withoutchanging his gloves. My change was sticky and guess the next person?s ice cream smelled like coins ???? Would not go back hereeven if it was free. Dirty, flavourless and 1 large scoop ends up costing about $11 in a cone. There was a lineup out the door during the Celebration of Lights but the staff were cheerful and efficient and the line moved... quickly. Ice cream was pricey but delicious. Very hot in there though, didn't feel like there was any AC and customer's icecream was melting as soon as they handed it off. Read more
I love the location of this marble slab store. It?s almost impossible to pass by it on a sunny day and don?t get an ice cream.... The flavours are amazing. The only reason I didn?t give them 5Stars is that staff are not very friendly. Read more
The place looks nice and cute , and it also offers various flavors of ice cream . I ordered Cotton candy flavoured ice cream and... was so disappointed with it . I felt like I am just eating some marshmallows and gummy bears with blue color vanilla icecream. I have not tasted other flavors so I can't speak for that but yeah atleast this one was kinda bad ! Their ice cream was excellent and the flavor was memorable. There were a lot of people looking to buy ice cream at this location... as well when I visited this place before. The shop was also brightly colored and has a lively ambiance. People were also able toorder the ice cream of their choice and then customize it with a variety of toppings. Read more
