I thought the fried chicken was average overall. Good for non-spicy lovers. My brother recommended the place because he cannot... handle spice. And for that I'm sure if you are not a spicy individual you will love this place. If you like spicy chicken,church's and Popeyes still have this beat hands down. Read more

I bet you never heard of this place before. This is basically the popeyes of canada but just cheaper and better. Man you should... come here though its very damnn good. Just been few days ago i came here and now i want it again. The chicken was damn good likepopeyes. The burger is just better!!! The pickles chips amazing though. More disappointment than excitement after a meal here. After seeing the lines and buzz around Mary Brown's we thought we'd give... it a try. Ordered 2 spicy burger combos for takeout. The place was VERY packed. The cashier was extremely polite and gave greatservice. We had to wait 30+ minutes for our meal. We had a short drive home but the chicken and taters weren't very hot (almostlukewarm). The chicken had a decent spicy kick to it and was still moist at least. So we got take out for the first time. Chicken and Taters to be exact. We got half spicy and half regular. Way too hot for my... liking. My mouth was still on ???? fire an hour later. The regular chicken had a lovely coating of batter. Not to thick and anice after taste. The gravy need an update though. Way too watered down and flavorless. Still relatively short time since this location opened so will give a few passes on their service speed as they only had one... cashier and a couple others floating around the front of house. I used my free Big Mary burger bonus for downloading their appto order online. After arriving, there was a lineup to the door inside so had to wait a few minutes outside until the lastcustomer would move further inside. Eventually a woman behind me went to talk to ok be of the floaters to ask about her pickuporder (like mine). The ready orders are kept in a cooler until picked up. I went to that floaters after that woman left to getmy order. If I had waited for the original line, I'd probably would have to wait at least 15min. So they should dedicate the 2ndcashier position for pickup orders so those people don't have to wait in line. I think their kitchen can probably keep up withorders just that the front is not organized yet. There's residential parking all over so on the side streets there's freestreet parking. Only a couple of tables inside for eating in. This location is better for takeout. The fried chicken in theBig Mary tasted really good (the pickle was a nice touch) and still crispy after I was late to pickup but not sure if I wouldorder it by itself for the full price of almost $7.59 plus taxes. Maybe a full sandwich combo for $11.19 plus taxes. The triedchicken meals look like a better deal. I'll probably try a 2 or 3 piece chicken meal next. Read more
