Went In for a smoothie today. Atmosphere was weird and awkward. People working seemed so angry and not working together.... Everyone doing their own thing. Untrained staff at the counter. The girl is totally untrained and has "I don't care attitude" towards the customer. I repeated... so many times that coupon is not applied , the payment machine is not prompting me for tap but she stood there like a dumb mulecaring not at all nor seeking help from other employees. When asked the shift manager for help , shift manager has the audacityto be rude to the customer rather than apologize that she put an untrained employee at order counter thereby causing afrustrating experience for the customer. So this guy from 1701 Robson street McDonaldd and the shift manager named Navneet, shift manager named Ritu told me to step... back from the counter when I ask for the food after coming back 15 mins they are still didn't make the order and they don't havethe order! But before that they told me that they are making the order and I should come back but even tho after I come backthey didn't make the order and telling me that they don't have the order!! And they when I said why it's not ready because youguys said it would be ready by now then they are telling me to cancel the order! Is this a joke?? I'm back at MD for their premium roast coffee. Cheapest in downtown. Staff was patience and reimburse me after I got confused... ordering an extra cup of coffee. Friendly and expeditious. Read more
I have to say, this franchise is in downtown Vancouver but the inside is pretty clean. I have seen the bad and the worse but... they have done a pretty good job keeping the interior maintained. There is also working AC inside so it is comfortable to sitand enjoy a meal. Read more
