Staff was yelling at customers, stuff being particularly rude. I understand that they don't like working the night shift. But... still some level of professionalism would be welcome. Something consistently wrong here. The food is fine, but the wait is strangely long for McDonald?s, and it is consistent. They... are always busy, so you would think they could figure it out. There is a real lack of organization at the management level thatbleeds into chaos at this place. Come for lunch to see the disarray. Another McDonald's that is in demand among schoolchildren. Pretty clean place despite the number of visitors. A small minus is... that there are a lot of people from which you have to wait a long time, plus the average level of service. But all theseproblems are not critical and I calmly recommend this place to visit. Read more
Staff here is very lax, no uniforms and fail to acknowledge people's request. Instead of clearing the order board as each... customer gets there item they just clear like 10 orders on the board at a time and leave all the food sitting on the counterwhile they wait for drinks. Apparently they think there system is better.... Sigh Read more
They constantly jack up prices while woefully underpaying staff. The result is an understaffed mess that can barely get it... together at the best of times, ever decreasing food quality, and a horrible customer service experience. McDonald's is theflavor of corporate greed and incompetence. Avoid this store like the plague. Read more
Nice location with spacious parking but take care if you walk from your parked car to the entrance as it intersects with cars... moving in the drive through. Inside , they have very wide seating area but avoid being their at 3 to 4 pm as it will be so busywith students of point grey high school and waiting time is huge and many items will be not available. We?ve come to this location through the drive-thru A LOT. Half the time it?s really good, but the other half, there?s something... wrong with our order. Today?s mistake pretty much takes the cake. Our entire quarter pounder patty was missing. Instead therewas a huge stalk of a piece of lettuce. Pickles also were missing. I get mistakes happen, but if we are having to park and waitlike 90% of our visits here, everything should be made right and fresh. How do you miss a whole patty!? Every time we have topark, something is wrong. The missing patty today is definitely the worst offense. We NEVER get straws when handed our drinks,why wouldn?t you hand the straw at the same time as our drink, especially if we are going to be parked and wait like 5-10 mins?Half the time when I ask for a dipping sauce on the side, it doesn?t make it in the bag, and they cost extra. Most of the time,the fries do not taste fresh at all. If we have to park and wait..there should be no problems with our orders. But there isconsistently. Obviously we love the convenience of a drive-thru but it?s so not worth the hassle anymore. Read more
