One of the worst experiences at a McDonald's that I've ever had. My wife and I went through the drive through to order a double... double and a half coffee half hot chocolate. Something I've ordered frequently from other McDonald's restaurants. We were givena mocha. I didn't order the mocha because I find them too sweet, hence the half coffee. We gave the mocha back and reiteratedthat the order was for a half coffee half hot chocolate. Then we were asked to wait and did. When the manager came out with thebeverage we had been downgraded from a medium to a small and were told that it would be another 5-10 minutes for a medium. Thisis unacceptable!!!! I called the manager to let them know the experience we had and the manager actually had the audacity toask me, the customer, how her employees should enter this in their computer. The only saving grace is that they have offered mea free beverage the next time I'm there. Read more
Can't really rate the service and food as we didn't really eat here. The play place structure is one of the largest in Metro... Vancouver. Very clean inside, only downside is there isn't much space for parents to stay to supervise the children (no eatingspace inside the play place). Read more
We are regular customers at this location for about 4.5 years now. Hats off to all the crew members & great management. We?ve... tried food at other locations too but no other can match the service and food at this 160 location. Thanks everyone to provideus such experience every time it fixes a rough day for us???? This is the only McDonalds that makes Big Macs right. Just the right amount of sauce and always fast and efficient. Fries are... never cold. Read more
Pokémon happy meals are awesome! Affordable with the toy, fries, drink, yogurt, and main. They got my order right with the... right amount of ketchup and Mcchciken sauce too. No complaints. Read more
Yesterday around 9pm I went to drive through for buy ice coffee ,ice tea, french fries & I wanted to use the coupon by apps. I... got hard time by the Mcdonalds employee.Her name is Angel, she did not explain me properly, & she was very rude to me. Insteadof explanation she was very angry with me.I feel bad. In my whole life I don't see that kind of Customer service.When she wasthinking with me her expression was very aggressive. I hope the management will take a step about this type of service. Edit : the French fries are still undercooked and the Sundae was horrible. When I picked it up it has melted and the fudge was... not smooth as it should be. The fries were not cooked enough and as usually the patty was over salted in the Big Mac but foronce, the service was good. Read more
I don't want give any star they deserve 0 star because i did order 2 happy meals. 1 with chicken rap other as 4 chicken nuggets... and we ordered BBQ sauce but they didn't pack it we called about this and she said she was the manager and I packed it but wedidn't get it we were taking to her and she hugged up the phone.last time we ordered they didn't put the sauce too.
