Good place. But in general, I don't like food in McDonald's. All food are not worth. It only increases the price and reduce the... size and content of food. It's competitors offer better quality and better price. I buy coffee everyday but sometimes I onlypaid for brown water. Read more
Always a disappointment, even for McDonald?s. Today we ordered 2 McCrispy sandwiches with habanero sauce and it came with normal... mayo. Also they messed up the drinks, gave us a coke and an apple juice when we asked for two apple juice. When I tried to askfor the drink I ordered the worker started to give me attitude until the cashier told them that I did in fact order an applejuice and just gave it to me. It was on the most part okay, BUT not good that when asked the different flavours of mini donuts in the display case, the person... and a couple of her assistants, DIDN'T even know the flavour/kind of most of them... How can it be that bad?? Read more
McD'S is about making it easy to get quick food. This one gets three stars for not doing that. It's the smallest I've ever been... to so the line up often goes out the door when it's busy, there's no drive through, the parking lot is extremely tight, usuallybusy (shared with other businesses in the mini mall), and there are only 2 small curbside pickup spots. Disappointed today when the staff didn't know how to accommodate reusable cups. My cup is the same size as their disposable cups... with wide opening so it's easy to fill. It's a clean and clear cup. I ordered a meal with drink and fries. The cashier said theycan't take personal cup when it's in a meal. I asked again after I paid, if they can fill my cup instead of their disposablecup. The employee said I was already charged the $0.25 fee and if that's okay. I said that's fine, I don't want the cup. Thenthey said they already made the drink in the single use cup. On July 1, 2022 the City of Vancouver is putting the by-law inplace that businesses have to accept personal reusable cups and not charge the cup fee. I hope this location learns. Service was fast and friendly. It looked passably clean. This McDonald's could be the worst layout I have ever seen. If there... are more than three people in line you are out the door. You are waiting for your food in such a cramped area people are bumpingand stepping on one another. The seating is up a narrow and steep stairway that you can hardly believe is legal. The sheer chaosinvolved in just getting your food is enough to look for a different place to eat. Read more
Waiting more than 20 minutes for Uber order. Waste gas and time. UBEREAT SHOULD Required them to scan order ready to pick or... not. Other driver just come and pick. They can't even tell how long it's complete. Store not really busy. McDonald's the mostworst experience pickup order ever. Read more
