It's McDonalds, so the quality is consistent with every other McDonalds. What I find a little disappointing is that they often... get my order wrong; in particular for Happy Meals. I don't know if this is just because they are out of stock...theylegitimately get it wrong or not though. An example: I order a happy meal with a book - and I get a toy. I also don't know ifthey have a variety in their toys or books because if I ever order 2 Happy Meals...I get the same thing. System restart. Told us 20-30 minutes which was okay. But that Indian lady in the store has poor customer service skills -... including they way she talks to the customers. Well, I am curious to know how she treats her colleagues. This one star is forher attitude. Otherwise, I would have been okay to give a couple more stars. Read more
Wasn't given a receipt or a bag. I asked for extra pickles I decided to try this restaurant again. I ordered a breakfast... burrito and a coffee two cream two sugars and caramel syrup.. the coffee was bitter it should not have been bitter, I do nottaste the caramel I paid for. Check your order when u pick it up. They have given me the wrong food four times. Unbelievable.

google keeps asking me to review McDonalds even though this review means nothing to everyone everywhere. ordered 4 piece chicken nuggets happy meal for my kid and my kid opens the box and says there's some strange sauce in my happy... meal. look in the box and see this called and asked apparently employees use the chicken nugget boxes for sauce and most likelymistaken for chicken nuggets. if you order a 4 piece happy meal from the Grandview location double check the nuggets they maygive you their used sauce instead of chicken nuggets Read more
Ordered on the kiosk at 6:12pm, and did not receive the order until 6:30pm. I noticed a combination of too much non-work related... conversations, and absolutely no sense of urgency to put an order together. I noticed other customers complaining of 15-20minwait times, and it was not busy at all.. Cashiers were slow and barely able to handle cash, too used to just tapping cards. Needto bring back the old method where the cashier processed the customers transaction and put the order together. McDonald's fastfood is no longer fast. Need better management to crack the whip and get the employees to work properly. Read more
