You know what to expect. It's a McDonald's, plain and simple. Breakfast is usually quick and fresh, but expect to wait a bit... for anything ordered after midnight. As always: I recommend asking for "fresh" of whatever you order, and wait the 2-4 minutesfor them to cook it so you're not eating 1 hour old burgers or McNuggets. Read more
This is the worst McDonald?s in downtown. There?s always a broken machine and they don?t seem to care about fixing it right... away. Their coffee machine didn?t work for over a month and now their drink fountain is broken too. We had to take home hotdrinks in this heat There are no signs anywhere either, so it?s feels like they?re lying to their customers. I honestly feel badfor people who work here, since it?s not their fault to work in such bad conditions. Read more

Manager of this place is extremely rude. She really needs to learn manners, how to talk to customers and tell the truth rather... than lie. She set a bad example of a leader in front of her team and encouraged her to lie to customers.I really don'tunderstand on what basis, who has chosen this sort of team management. Yesterday evening, I visited this place with my BF toordered food and use restroom.On Asking , Manager said " we are cleaning restroom now" . After 10 mint, My BF asking again andshe said " oh, we are cleaning restroom " . There was no one cleaning restroom. After waiting, I asked one of the staff againand he said "our bathroom is closed". I was in the middle of a conversation with him, and all of a sudden she said, ?Oh, ourbathroom is not clogged, it is closed. A maintenance person is coming. I was so angry when they were giving different statementsand making excuses.I was highly shocked by manager's behavior when she was lying and arguing in front of her employees. This place doesn't have kiosks to help with orders. Sorry but I find staff to be rude or loud for no reasons. Tastes like any... other McDonald's, nothing special to mention. Read more
I went there this morning at 5:45 am. All I wanted was 2 bacon and egg mcmuffins. The establishment was unsanitary and it took... over 5 minutes to get my meal. I year ago during the pandemonium it was more efficient..well I guess it depends on whom you knowin that neighborhood Read more
ordered two large fries two 10 piece chicken nuggets, got home and found two big mac's and one large fries but at least they... added 6 sauces for the nuggets they never included. just under $25 plus fuel to go back plus parking fees in downtown Vancouveron a Saturday... really quite annoying. Have been there this evening around 7:30pm and had pathetic experience with the customer service. A lady in red tee was so rude... when I asked for sanitizer. Serving good food isn?t just enough. Don?t know if how she got selected for the job with such anarrogant nature. Read more
