Very disappointed with it?overcooked and hard. The staff was not friendly to help with the app problems.

I work close by so I've visited this location often. For some reason the fries are always barely warm or cold. Not sure why I... have never been able to have them actually hot. As well the drink fountain is always run out of syrup on the diet coke or cokezero and not checked. There's also NO ICE in the machine and it's 28 degrees outside. The ice was also out last week. I knoethey are a busy location However someone should really check on these things through the day. Service is usually alright. Read more

As we all know city of vancouver need to charge $0.25 for beverage Cup and $0.15 for the bag. however, you should have options... for guests who bring their own Cup for pops, not just for the coffee. it doesn't make sense for mandatory charge for pop Cupeven bring their own cup. bad bad experience! ????
