Reservation required. Dining time strictly within 1.5 hours. We went there for a birthday gathering and had a good time. The... food was good and fulfilling. We even had extras to take home. Paper box costs extra 25cents. Good food and good atmosphere. Ilike how the washroom has a change table. Next time I can bring my baby with me. Read more

I had to deduct some stars. I did go prior to the pandemic including me 4 people in total and the food portions were much better... and leaving us too full and there was no time limit and the tea was hot and we were only ordered two high tea towers for the 4of us and a 5 out of 5 stars/ This time post-pandemic it was a complete 180 change to a 2 out of 5 stars the most. The servicewas making it not a 1 star. This time around there was a time limit and the food portions has became less and much smaller thanbefore and not filling whatsoever, and does not match the expensive price. Plus now the high tea is one per person and prior itwas 2 per person I believe it was 1 per person, but we thought it would be too much so we shared and still it left us superstuffed. We were rushed and also FORCED to order 1 high tea per person, so meaning now if three people are at the table we need3 high tea towers, or high tea tower for 1 person and the rest would have to order sandwiches instead with no room to sharewhatsoever, ridiculous. Also this time around the tea was also not hot it was cold and the second time we did tell the serverthat we wanted hot tea still it came out cold. Plus the photos on the Neverland Tea Salon website does not match the actualportion size, which is something they should change or update. People would think based on the photos that is what they aregetting, but that is completely false and you would be severely disappointed. The first photo is the food portion and the amountof food prior the the pandemic. The second photo is the change in the food portion and the amount of food post pandemic. Read more

Amazing. First, you can change your tea through the high tea service. The Almond Joy is my favorite. Second, the savory and the... sweet treats on the high tea service are equally delicious and high quality. Neverland has been my go to since 2015. This year, the Mad Hatter high tea was great! They have Vegan, gluten free and vegetarian high tea as well. And they are so good. Highlyrecommend you go at least once. It's worth the splurge. Plus the place is so cute. Read more

Went there with my daughter for our 11am seating. We went for regular and children high tea. The deco matches Alice in... Wonderland. The food came fast, delicious but a little bit cold. It is awesome to have unlimited tea selection so we got to trywhat we never had before. The chairs are dirty with stains. I would like to suggest them to use a stain remover or sofa cleanerto clean. Oh my word. What an absolutely magical place. I've never had high tea before, but now the bar has been set. I booked an online... reservation and everything was ready. We were warmly welcomed in by the staff. Our server, Grace, was incredibly attentive andfriendly, always checking in to make sure we had what we needed and making wonderful suggestions to try different tea flavors. She was so knowledgeable. The sitting room decor is so whimsical, fun with incredible attention to detail. The food, scones andsweets were absolutely decadent! What a perfect day to share with someone special or even just to treat yourself!! Thank you toall the staff I had a smile on my face for the entire day ???????????? Read more

What a great high tea experience. I went there to celebrate a friend's birthday. Everyone was covid safe. The unlimited tea was... incredible with lots of options for those who are not fond of caffeine. There were also great options for people who were veganand gluten free. The staff are polite and kind. The decor is whimsical and 'gram worthy. Will definitely be back. A practicallyperfect place to celebrate. Read more

It was absolutely wonderful! We got the tea menus with wine paring. And love the fact that you get unlimited teas with any menu!... We tried three types of teas each and I have to say we ABSOLUTELY LOVED all of them, especially berry me in champagne, Russianrose, Rose, and night market mango. My partner's favourite was Rose and night market mango. And the food, even though it lookedtiny, it was quite a lot! We were stuffed before we even came to the scones. And our server was very kind and welcoming too.Loved the mismatched chairs and decor overall as well! Read more
