I normally get food from New Bhaia and love, love love their Samosas and other savoury items. I figured, based on a positive... review on Google for their Ladoos, I would try some. Boy it was definitely not the same experience. The Motichoor Ladoos that Iordered were at least 2-3 days old, perhaps older, hard as rocks and also smelled kinda off. And this is not a one time thing,it's my second negative experience, the first one was an old batch of milk cake a few months ago. I still really the savouryfood dishes, but in my experience the desserts leave a lot to be desired. Read more

I ordered here first time around 50 samosas. And spend around 100 plus dollars. But when I got it delivered it was not packaged... nicely and they didn?t even send the red sauce with samosas. The other thing when I called the lady on phone was so rude. Neverorder food here. Even if we order 2 samosas in Surrey they always give red sauce . Read more

Samosas are good. I tried beef, chicken and veggies. I like the tamarind sauce to go with them. The service, OMG! I'm not sure... what his life story is, but expect nothing, so you can walk out un-shocked! They are not rude though - just purely don't care! And I feel like he's the owner (????), so he can't be fired like other reviewers suggested. Read more

My family and I live in Surrey, but we feel that travelling all the way to Vancouver to New Bhaia Sweet Shop is a treat. We... primarily go there for the veggie samosas because it's the best in the greater Vancouver area. The samosas are big and crispyand the filling is flavoured just right. If your in the that area, I highly recommend you drop by there and pick up some food. The service is friendly and courteous. Read more

Should have seen the reviews before ordering. I ordered an onion kulcha with raita through Uber eats. The kulcha was a naan with... a few prices of onions sprinkled on the top and not as a stuffing. Rubbery and terrible. The raita was stale and the cues hadgone off. Avoid at all costs Read more

I used to come here often when I was a young kid with my parents. Their samosas have always been crispy and tasty. Went there... after many years with my kids and ordered two thali?s and some samosa to eat in. Once we settled at the table waiting for ourorder, an elderly man (maybe owner?s father?) sat in the corner and just stared at us even when we were eating. It was a veryuncomfortable experience. He would not look away. There was no window behind us to predict that he maybe looking outside. Television was on pause. I found it very rude. Unless he is suffering from some sort of mental illness then I?m sorry to evenbringing this up. Peace to him. Read more

We went back the 2nd time & the Samosas were not good. Different all around, the outside was way too doughy like & NOT Flaky!... Samosas Seems commercially bought like most other East Indian restaurants! The owner behind the counter was starring at us, wewere quite uncomfortable, we felt judged! The food was fine but we were parched after. We were wondering if there were msg inthe food. We went back especially for the well known Flaky bubbly texture veggie Samosas, well, we were very disappointed.Felt as though they don?t like us! Read more
